Mobile service provides customers with a convenient option to service their vehicle while still receiving the quality and expertise from Ford-trusted technicians using Ford parts. Plus there is no additional service charge for having our mobile service vans come to you!

The idea is simple: Book an appointment by choosing a time that is convenient for you. We’ll ask you for the vehicle’s location, as well as its make and model, and confirm the service you need. We have specially outfitted 2 Transit vans that have everything needed for most services.

At the time of your appointment, our technician will arrive with the parts and tools required to perform the service at your location. A parking space, driveway, or garage is required; mechanics cannot perform their work on the street.

As long as you have a place for us to work, we can work on your car at your home, office, or wherever you may be. Our technician will protect the ground and work neatly. Once the job is done, you will never know they were there.

There is no cooling off period unless you obtain a contract cancellation option. California law does not provide for a “cooling off” or other cancellation period for vehicle lease or purchase contracts.
