The 2022 Ford E-Transit delivers the customizability that business owners need. The van has custom options for vehicle length, roof height, and body style. Depending on the size of equipment your business transports daily, this versatility can be a game-changer.

Vehicle lengths come in Regular, Long, and Extended. Roof heights are available in Low, Medium, or High. In addition, this model is available as a chassis or cutaway.

Even though the drivetrain is made with brand-new tech, the rest of the vehicle body offers the same durable strength that Ford is known for. The E-Transit is built for easy upfitting, offering the same interior cargo dimensions and standard mounting points as the gas-powered Transit.

Powering all this capability is an electric motor that generates up to 266 horsepower and 317 lb-ft of torque, which is more than enough to transport all your tools, goods, and more safely—all without ever stopping at a gas station.2

All-Electric Performance

Extensive tests from the experts at Ford showed that the average daily range for commercial vans is 74 miles. One charge-up for the E-Transit can provide up to an EPA-estimated 126 miles of range.3 That’s over a day and a half of hard work for the average commercial van!

Once it’s time to juice back up, there are several charging options:

  • Depot Charging: For enterprises that require several E-Transits, creating a depot for your fleet to charge all at once can be a useful investment.
  • Public Charging: With tens of thousands of charging stations across the United States, finding a public charging station is a breeze. At a 115kW charger, the E-Transit can add up to an EPA-estimated 45 miles of range in just 15 minutes.
  • At-Home Charging: It’s possible to charge overnight with a standard household 240V outlet.

Not only can you kiss the gas station goodbye, but there are even more benefits to an all-electric work van. For one, there are no more oil changes to schedule and budget for, and that extends to all maintenance that older gas engines require. Plus, there are no emissions, and your vehicle will produce less noise, resulting in less pollution all around.

Tech to Keep You Together

The 2022 Ford E-Transit comes standard with features that protect your most valuable asset: the driver. Ford Co-Pilot360™ is a suite of standard and available driver-assist safety technology, including:

  • Lane-Keeping System
  • Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking
  • Blind Spot Information System with Blind Spot Assist
  • Reverse Brake Assist

For fleet managers, the E-Transit also offers Smart Acceleration Control, which makes it possible to set speed acceleration limits for added safety on the road.

Your Business’s On-the-Go Logistics Made Easy

Another one of the best aspects of the Ford E-Transit is Ford Telematics™. This commercial solution is a web application that uses high-tech management software to streamline logistics. With Ford Telematics™, you can:

  • Track your fleet with GPS, which helps increase productivity
  • Receive automated service reminders and alerts
  • Ensure pre- and post-trip safety checks

Bringing your fleet information into one easy-to-manage system gives you more time to devote to the rest of your business.
