Power & Capabilities

Thanks to its powerful motors, the Ford F-150 Lightning boasts incredible capabilities that make it stand out. When equipped with the extended-range battery, for example, this truck is expected to deliver 563 horsepower and 775 lb-ft of torque.

These numbers are incredible, but what’s even more impressive is that this all-electric truck produces more torque and horsepower than the gas-powered F-150. That’s right—this never-before-seen, all-electric truck is breaking barriers all over the place! When it comes to extreme power and efficiency, you don’t have to choose just one, thanks to the Ford F-150 Lightning.

Plus, this truck has a targeted maximum towing capacity of 10,000 pounds when properly equipped, so you’ll be able to tow heavy cargo with ease.² If you need to transport building supplies or furniture, the Ford F-150 Lightning also has a targeted maximum payload capacity of 2,000 pounds.³

Charging Your All-Electric Truck

Re-charging your Ford F-150 Lightning is easy, thanks to the many available charging options. If you’re at home, for example, you can use the standard 32-amp Ford Mobile Charger. This allows you to easily charge your truck from a 120V or 240V outlet at home.

For an even faster charging experience, you can opt for the available Ford Charge Station Pro. This feature comes with models equipped with the extended-range battery and allows for an even easier charging experience.

However, if you’re on the road and find you need to charge your Ford F-150 Lightning, you can always stop by one of the many public Ford charging stations.

Pro Power Onboard is a power output that turns your F-150 into a generator using up to 9.6 kW and 11 outlets, one of which is a 240-volt outlet in the truck bed.
